+ Where is my package?
You will find a tracking link in the delivery notification e-mail which is sent once the order is dispatched.
+ I have not received an order confirmation but the money has been withdrawn. What do I do?
It can take up to 24 hours before you receive a confirmation e-mail, so please wait. If you have not received it after 24 hours, contact our customer service.
+ I typed in the wrong e-mail address when I placed my order.
We are not able to change your e-mail address once you have placed an order, but our customer service team can help you resend everything to the correct e-mail address.
+ I wrote the wrong shipping address.
Please contact our customer service as soon as possible regarding this. If the order has already been processed, we unfortunately can’t change the address for you.
+ I have not received my delivery confirmation. Is my package on its way?
You will receive an automatic e-mail once your package has been shipped. Please not that some products have a longer delivery time (pre-orders). If a product in your order has a longer delivery time, your entire order will be sent once all products in your order are in stock.
+ Where is my package shipped from?
All of our goods are shipped from Sweden (Sweden is part of the EU).
+ How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Depending on the delivery method you have chosen, delivery times will vary.
- Sweden: 2-3 working days.
- Europe: 2-5 working days.
- Rest of the world: 4-7 working days.
+ Will I have to pay customs?
If you live in a country belonging to the EU/EES you will not pay customs. Countries outside of EU/EES will be subject to customs.
+ Will I have to pay customs?
No, all packages delivered to Norway are custom free.
+ I want to cancel my order.
It is not possible to cancel an order after the order has been processed.
+ Why haven’t I received all of the items that I ordered?
Sometimes the stock balance of a specific item is incorrect or has sold out. Therefore we are unable to fulfill the order. You will receive an e-mail from us with a refund confirmation for the item that is missing. However, if for some reason you are still charged for the item that hasn’t been sent, please contact our customer service.
